Individual therapy
Sometimes we reach a point where the ways we've been living, coping, or relating to ourselves no longer feel like they're working. You may feel stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or simply unsure of what comes next. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and get curious about the life you want to create.
My approach draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and existential therapy. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, patterns, and experiences that shape how you move through the world, while also asking deeper questions about meaning, values, choice, and what makes life feel worth living. We'll work toward greater psychological flexibility, not simply getting rid of difficult emotions, but learning how to make room for them while choosing actions that move you toward what matters.
The goal isn't only to reduce suffering. It's to build a life with greater meaning, connection, vitality, and satisfaction. Sometimes that means taking the courageous step toward something you deeply value, even when fear or uncertainty comes along for the ride. Therapy can help you move toward a braver, more intentional version of your life, not by becoming someone different, but by becoming more fully yourself. I'm here to walk alongside you and encourage you along the way.
