Speaking & Teaching
Clinical education for the conversations therapists aren't always trained to have.
Sexuality, relationships, trauma, and intimacy show up in clinical practice every day—but clinicians don't always receive the training or language to talk about them comfortably and effectively.
I speak and teach on sexuality, relationships, couples therapy, trauma, and clinical practice, with a particular interest in the places where these topics intersect.
My approach is clinically grounded, practical, and conversational. I want clinicians to leave a presentation with more than information—I want them to feel more confident bringing these conversations into the therapy room.

Clinical Education & Teaching Experience
Texas A&M University — Department of Psychiatry
Clinical Social Work Supervisor & Clinical Social Worker · 2022–2026
Education was an integral part of my clinical role within the Department of Psychiatry. I developed and delivered didactic presentations for LMSWs, LPCs, medical residents, and other clinicians on sexuality, relationships, trauma, couples therapy, sex therapy, and clinical practice. I also provided clinical supervision and mentorship to beginning clinicians, including MSW students and LMSWs working toward independent licensure, supporting their clinical development and helping them build confidence and competence as therapists. In addition to teaching and supervision, my role included clinical consultation, interdisciplinary education, and program development.
