Reconnect with the people you love. Reconnect with yourself.
Relationships, sexuality, and trauma therapy grounded in warm, evidence-based, compassionate care.

Hi, I'm Tal Nesichi
Relationships can be hard. Sometimes we feel disconnected—from ourselves, our partners, or the life we want to be living. Maybe your relationship feels more like roommates than partners. Maybe sex has become a source of tension instead of connection. Or perhaps experiences from the past continue to shape the present.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Sex Therapist specializing in relationships, intimacy, sexuality, and trauma. Come as you are. Together, we'll make sense of what's happening and move toward the kind of life and relationships you want. My hope is that through this process, you'll experience deeper connection, vitality, and fulfillment.
As a Certified Sex Therapist with advanced training in relationships and trauma, I integrate evidence-based therapies, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and specialized trauma treatments. I work with individuals and couples of all identities and relationship structures.

Sex therapy
Creating a space where sexuality can be explored openly, helping you reconnect with desire, pleasure, confidence, and your authentic sexual self.
Trauma therapy
Healing from painful experiences so they no longer define the way you relate to yourself, others, and the world.

Do you offer virtual sessions?
▾
Yes. I offer secure telehealth sessions for clients located anywhere in Texas, as well as in-person appointments in Bryan/College Station.
What can I expect during the first session?
▾
Our first session is an opportunity to get to know one another. We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, your goals, and any questions you have about the process. Together, we'll determine whether we're a good fit and begin creating a plan that feels right for you.
How often will we meet?
▾
Most clients begin with weekly sessions. As therapy progresses, we'll regularly discuss what frequency best supports your goals.
How long does therapy last?
▾
There isn't a one-size-fits-all answer. Some people come for a specific concern over a few weeks, while others choose longer-term therapy to support ongoing growth. We'll regularly check in about your progress and adjust our work together as your needs evolve.
Do you work with LGBTQIA+ clients?
▾
Absolutely. My practice is affirming of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and expressions.
Do you work with ethical non-monogamy, polyamory, and kink?
▾
Yes. I have experience working with clients in diverse relationship structures and strive to provide an affirming, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your relationships and sexuality openly.
How do I get started?
▾
You can reach out through my contact form, email, or phone. I'll schedule a free 15-minute consultation to answer questions and help determine whether we're a good fit.
Do you offer a free consultation?
▾
Yes. I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to answer your questions, learn a little about what you're looking for, and help us determine whether we're a good fit. There's no obligation to schedule after the call.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
▾
I understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged the full session fee, except in the case of emergencies or unexpected illness.
