Sex therapy
Sex can be one of the most confusing parts of being human. When it's present and alive, it often feels effortless. When desire fades, intimacy shifts, or sex becomes a source of stress rather than connection, it can take up a great deal of emotional space—raising questions about desire, desirability, identity, and connection.
Our sexuality is deeply connected to our sense of vitality and well-being. When we feel sensual, embodied, and sexually connected, many people also experience greater confidence, energy, and ease in other areas of life. Sex therapy offers a supportive space to explore what's getting in the way and gently reconnect with this part of yourself.
I work with individuals and couples navigating a wide range of concerns, including low desire and desire discrepancies, erectile difficulties, orgasm concerns, sexual pain, navigating sexuality postpartum, fertility challenges, affair recovery, identity exploration, and relationship transitions, including ethical non-monogamy, polyamory, and kink.
My practice is sex-positive, affirming, and inclusive of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and relationship structures. There is no pressure, no judgment, and nothing is too taboo to talk about. We move at a pace that feels safe, collaborative, and right for you.
Whether you're longing to rediscover desire, reconnect with your body, navigate changes in intimacy, or simply understand yourself more deeply, you don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. Come as you are. Together, we'll work toward a sexuality that feels authentic, connected, and fully your own.
